Hygenix Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery — returns requested after this period are ineligible

📌 Final sale items purchased at a discount are not eligible for return.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

  • Processing times may vary by bank or card provider
