Hygenix Shipping Policy
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, as it begins processing immediately.
However, once your order is delivered, you may contact our support team to begin the return process in accordance with our Return Policy. After the returned item is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be processed.
Priority + Insured Shipping
If you selected Priority + Insured Shipping, you are eligible for either:

A free reshipment, or

A refund
in the event your order is lost in transit.
If you selected Free Shipping or Priority Processing (without insurance), we will reship your order if it is confirmed lost during transit.
Lost or Missing Packages
Hygenix is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping information is accurate before completing your order.
If an error is made on our end, we will take full responsibility and resend your order at no additional cost.
Customs & Duties
Hygenix is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes once the items have shipped.
